Those that know me, know that my idea of seafood is Long John Silvers fish. I can't stand the smell or taste of crustaceans or other weird looking saltwater creepy crawlies. Being Catholic during lent doesn't give you a whole lot of options so Amanda decided on Red Lobster. Not being Catholic and a seafood hater you can imagine my excitement! Well, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with the menu choices for land lovers. I chose the tropical bbq glazed chicken. It was so good that I owe Amanda and Red Lobster an apology for doubting them! As long as they keep up the land food, I will continue to accompany Manders to RL during lent or any other time of year!
